rjm.cli.rjm_batch_submit

Script to upload and submit jobs for a batch of local directories.

A file containing a list of local directories is passed as an argument. Each directory should previously have been passed to rjm_batch_submit and should contain an rjm_downloads.txt file, with the list of files to be downloaded on completion of the Slurm job.
